vinnyfin
A fast, native video player for your Jellyfin server, built around downloads that finish. Free for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro.
Coming soon to the App Store.
Downloads that finish
Downloads keep going in the background, and if vinnyfin is closed partway through one, it picks up where it left off the next time it opens.
Smart Downloads
Keeps the next episodes of a show on your device as you watch, and deletes the ones you've finished to make room.
Your files, your player
Downloads are ordinary video files in the Files app and Finder, so you can open them in any player you like.
Native everywhere
Built for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro, with chapters, AirPlay, SharePlay and Picture in Picture.
Private by design
No accounts, analytics, ads or tracking. vinnyfin talks to the Jellyfin server you sign in to, and what it keeps stays on your devices or in your own iCloud.
